Six products, one way of working
Each product works on its own and works better together. They all speak English and Arabic and follow GCC rules.
Built on one shared core
Every product sits on the same foundation. A customer, an employee, a project or a supplier is created once and used everywhere.
From a tender to a paid invoice
A typical contract in a Gulf services company passes through every product. Each step picks up where the last one stopped.
Win the tender
Price manpower and materials, check compliance and submit on time.
Sign the contract
The award becomes a customer contract with its rate card.
Open the project
Budget, plan and site set up from the contract.
Mobilise people
Hire, issue visas and site passes, track hours and pay.
Buy and issue
Materials, tools and PPE ordered, received and issued to site.
Invoice and close
Bill the customer, post costs and see the margin per project.

Every step of an employee's life, in one system
Tap each stop to see the screen behind it. Each step hands its data to the next, so nobody types the same thing twice.
Built so one HR manager can run a big workforce
YOSI plans each day, flags what is about to go wrong, escalates what is late and keeps a record of every week and month. The manager decides; the system chases.

People get answers without waiting for HR
Every employee has their own portal and an assistant called Ask HR. Payslips, leave, letters, document expiry and loan balances are a question away, in English or Arabic. When people feel looked after, they stay.
Self-service portal
Apply for leave, download payslips, request salary certificates and update details from a phone.
Ask HR
Ask in plain words. Answers come from the employee's own records and the company's policies, with what they are allowed to see.
Alerts on WhatsApp
Approvals, document expiries and pay day reach people where they already are.
Clear and fair
Every deduction, overtime hour and leave day is shown with its reason, so there are no surprises on pay day.

Walk through hiring, government processes, pay and exit at your own pace. Then look at the add-ons for fleet, camps and site operations.
Everything HR does in the Gulf, covered in one product
The core covers the full employee life. Add-on modules cover the field side of the business that most HR systems leave to spreadsheets: vehicles, camps, site passes and manpower billing.
22 modules in five groups, around one employee master
Recruitment and PRO feed the employee master. Field modules hang off it, and everything that costs or pays money flows through settlement and payroll into the finance gateway.
Payroll that already knows the labour law
Rules are set up per country and per company, then applied the same way every month. Here is how the UAE pack works out a few common items.
Attendance cycle runs from the 21st to the 20th, so approved overtime is paid in the same month's payroll.
Salary file in the bank's SIF format for each company, plus the exchange-house upload.
Pension for UAE and GCC nationals, with employer and employee shares posted to the ledger.
Final settlement brings together gratuity, leave salary, ticket, loans and recoveries from custody, camp and fleet.
For companies that run sites, camps and fleets
Switch on what your business needs. Each add-on shares the same employee master, so costs land on the right person, project and company.
Same tools everywhere, nothing to relearn
Talks to your ERP, your bank and the government
YOSI sends and fetches data through standard connectors, so HR stops re-keying numbers into other systems. Every exchange is queued, retried and logged.
From an approved payroll to the ERP ledger
Approve
The payroll, PRO fee or settlement is approved in YOSI, with a second approver for sensitive changes.
Map
Each amount is mapped to the ERP account, department, location and project of that company.
Queue
The posting waits in an outbox, so nothing is lost if the ERP is busy or offline.
Send and retry
The connector sends it, retries on failure and parks it for review if it keeps failing.
Confirm
The ERP reference comes back and is stored on the record, with a full log of the exchange.
Your data stays yours, in the region
Hosted in the Gulf
Runs on Google Cloud in the Doha region, with daily backups and updates released without downtime.
Right people, right data
Rights per table, row and field. Two-step sign-in and a second approver for bank details and salary changes.
Open standards
Built on an open-source stack with standard REST APIs, so there is no lock-in and your IT team can extend it.
Built inside a Gulf workforce, for Gulf workforces
YOSI HRMS started inside a UAE group of eight companies with technicians, engineers and supply staff spread across plants, refineries and camps. HR ran on spreadsheets, a ten-year-old system and a lot of phone calls.
We built YOSI to replace all of that with one system that understands how work happens here: sponsors and visas, site passes, 21st-to-20th attendance, WPS, camps and buses, and a final settlement that has to be right the first time.
The aim is simple. Management sets the rules, HR runs them with confidence and every employee can see where they stand. That is how a company keeps good people.
"When the system does the chasing, HR has time for the people."
Four ideas behind every screen
One person can run it
Alerts, escalations and automatic cases mean a lean HR team can handle a large headcount.
Employees come first
Clear pay, quick answers and self-service make people feel looked after.
Local rules, not workarounds
Gulf labour law, government processes and site realities are part of the core.
Every cost is visible
Visa, medical, camp, transport and ticket costs land on the employee, project and company.
One product, each country's rules
Payroll, end-of-service and policies follow the country of each company, so a group with branches across the Gulf runs on one system.

MOHRE, WPS, GPSSA, CICPA and UAE PASS.
